The winner will be announced on June 1 2008. There will be only one winner.
Grim Films LLC is not liable for lost, malfunctioning, or incorrectly addressed entries. We are not responsible if you mislabeled your email or can't write the correct address.
Entries must be filled out in full.
Grim Films LLC will act as executive producer on the music video. However, we want your creative input. We will handle the production details of the video: Gear, crew, locations, etc.
Grim Films LLC will provide a music video of up to 4 minutes in length to be shot on no more than 3 rolls of 400 foot 16 MM film. Grim Films LLC will also provide digitization and editing of the footage.
The music video by Grim Films LLC will contain footage from the film "Drive-In Horrorshow", to be edited with the footage shot specifically for the video.
The Artist will also receive a copy of the footage rights free. The Artist may re-edit the footage however they want, as long as they agree to credit "Grim Films LLC", "Drive-In Horrorshow", and DriveInHorrorshow.com in the finished music video. We want you to re-cut your own video and post it, reproduce it, and use it where ever you please, just put us in the credits.
Grim Films LLC will have non-exclusive rights to use the Artists song in the music video, film, and film sound track. Grim Films LLC will follow all publishing laws.
The Artist must be willing to be in the music video or provide people who will be. We can't make a music video without you.
Grim Films LLC will not compensate The Artist for appearing in the music video.
Grim Films LLC will not cover The Artist's travel or lodging costs for the music video shoot. We are located in the metro Boston area. So if you can get up to this neck of the woods, its all good.
